The 2019 season also marked the beginning of BUGGYRA Academy project, which aims to find and teach young and talented drivers. This project offers an experience in vehicles like Mercedes AMG GT3, Mercedes AMG GT4, Formula Tatuus F4-T014, Renault Clio R.S. IV Cup or Praga KZ 125 karts. The BUGGYRA Academy works together with some highly experienced drivers like David Vršecký, Adam Lacko or Josef Macháček, who now teach young talents.
In the 2024 season, the following riders will compete in the colours of BUGGYRA Academy: Miroslav Mikeš will drive in the F4 formula in the FIA CEZ championship and will eventually be ready to race GT4 car. Filip Nedoma will drive in the Czech Kart Open karting series in the ROK GP class and he too is preparing to enter the GT4 world. Matyáš Puršl will drive in the Czech Kart Open in the KZ2 class, Michael Hlaváček in the OK class. Kristina Kalistova will fight for points in the OKJ category and will also be preparing for Formula 4. And last but not least, there is Niki Lacko - CzechKart Open, Easy 100 class.
