Mičánek Motorsport powered by Buggyra goes to Slovakia to compete in the endurance race, Štefan Rosina will also be present at home

Jakub Knoll and Josef Záruba, in the colors of the Mičánek Motorsport powered by Buggyra team, will fight for a return to the top of the FIA CEZ standings at the Slovakia Ring. In the sprints, Štefan Rosina will be behind the wheel of the team's Lamborghini Huracán in front of the home crowd.

"We are bringing a truly stellar lineup to the Slovakia Ring, who will fight for victory not only in our GTC category, but I would like to see all of them among the best cars overall," says team manager Jiří Mičánek Jr.

Jakub Knoll and Josef Záruba, in particular, will have a challenging weekend. They did not finish the last race in Most due to technical problems, so now they will have to make up the five-point deficit they have in the standings to the leader Hubert Darmetek.

"I'm glad that the races are now going so quickly in succession, and we will have the opportunity to make up for Most. There is usually a lot of competition in Slovakia, so I believe we will have a good race. Our goal is to get back into the lead," said Knoll. His teammate, Josef Záruba, confirms it. "We'll be in Slovakia from Wednesday, and we're planning on testing. We don't want to underestimate anything, and most importantly, we don't want to complicate our way to the title," says Záruba.

While in Most, it was Knoll who got behind the wheel of the team's Lamborghini Huracán ST EVO2 in the sprints. Now, Štefan Rosina will get his chance. He is most looking forward to performing in front of his home crowd. "I'm happy to be able to show the car we are driving in Super Trofeo Europe for the first time on my home track. We're in the GTC class, so I don't expect to go for an outright win, but I'll definitely try to do it," Rosina said ahead of the weekend.

"The ESET Cup in Slovakia is very attractive for the spectators, so I am happy that we can present our car to the home crowd, which will be piloted by the best Slovak driver and the current leader of the Lamborghini Super Trofeo Europe series," says Jiří Mičánek. "In terms of results, we will focus most on Kuba and Pepa and their return to the top of the championship. It is very likely that the championship title will be finally decided at home in Brno at the beginning of September. We want to be there in the most comfortable starting position," concludes the manager of the Mičánek Motorsport powered by Buggyra team.
